J&rsquo;observe que la valeur de ma <strong>contribution<\/strong> est toujours li\u00e9e aux relations professionnelles que j&rsquo;entretiens. <strong>Les relations humaines sont au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/strong> <br \/>Les managers sont pour moi garants d&rsquo;une <strong>coh\u00e9rence<\/strong> globale dans l&rsquo;organisation. A ce titre, ils ont un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer pour <strong>donner du sens<\/strong> aux diff\u00e9rentes actions entreprises.
